My poetry has appeared in The Worcester Review, Cirque, and most recently in “Building Fires in the Snow,” the first-ever anthology of LGBTQ Alaskan writers (University of Alaska Press, 2016). In 2014, I founded The Siren, a weekly live poetry and music show in Anchorage, Alaska, and I hosted it until 2016. In 2013, I won the Worcester County Poetry Association’s College Poetry Contest and published my first chapbook, “Interstate,” through Harvard Book Store. I’d received a Mellon Foundation grant to write the collection the year before.
